Ken Dodge

Ken recently retired after 25 years in law enforcement, and has joined the Prime Real Estate team to work with his wife of 30 years, Teresa Dodge; also a Prime Real Estate agent. Together they have lived in the Coeur d’Alene area for 29 years, where they raised their five children. Ken was also a licensed contractor, and together with Teresa, they have built two homes from the ground up. They also remodeled multiple homes that they have lived in throughout the years and bought and sold many different properties. He has direct knowledge of all phases of construction and remodeling.

Ken is extremely knowledgeable about the Cd’A area having lived in Athol, Hayden, Post Falls, and Cd’a. Ken and his family are very active in the local community, involving Church activities, homeschooling cooperatives, youth and high school and collegiate sporting programs, as well as locally based events and organizing fundraisers. He is also a proud board member of the Anna Schindler Foundation which helps families of children who are diagnosed with childhood cancer in our region.

Ken is looking forward to sharing his experience of living and working in the Pacific Northwest, as he and Teresa will work together to make your real estate buying experience a success.
