Josh has been involved in real estate since 2012 when he bought his first home in the Perry District with the intent of improving the property over three years for a profit. He has sold his first home and now lives near Manito Park and Rockwood Bakery. Josh has recently gone full time into Real Estate starting in 2017 and is specializing in residential homes. Josh also has experience working on investor level purchases in securing rental properties as real estate investments.
In past positions Josh worked for a company called Flexhibit where he was the Operations Manager and Director of Exhibits. Flexhibit designs and builds exhibits for science centers/museums globally.
Words from Josh:
I have a passion to help people, whether it’s buying or selling a home, or lending a hand however possible. With the Real Estate world being complex and challenging I truly enjoy being able to break down information into easily understandable options that allow buyers and sellers to feel comfortable making important decisions.
Since I was young I have been involved in many volunteer programs that have allowed me to find joy in helping those in need. Today, I am an active member of a local leadership organization, Rotary Club 21, where we meet regularly to discuss local issues and accomplish goals for the community.
I didn’t realize until I began full time just how helpful I could be. When you are making one of the largest purchases in your life you need an agent that is focused. Given that my background is in Science, with a Bachelors of Science in Geology from Washington State University, I have the experience needed to make sure documents are submitted on time and correctly.
If you have questions about the Real Estate, let me do the translating to ensure you have the best information before you make the big decision!
